SUPERTRIP is our way to return the favor: we took our team on an annual journey to inspire, recharge, connect and continue growing our collective vision together. A first of many, SUPERTRIP 2022 sets off an experience to reinforce our values, create a space of belonging for our community and to discover a few surprises outside of our everyday work.

This year we explored the theme of Collective Futures because we believe that leaning into our diverse imaginations, reflecting on our strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities will enable us to build a sustainable vision together – on an individual, company or world scale.
