PATACHROMO
LED CLOUDS

SUPERBIEN
Paris

With Patachromo, Superbien has created a light installation combining chromotherapy and pataphysics for an introspective and dreamlike experience.

(About the project)

Superbien's founding project, Patachromo marks the studio's desire to explore experimental artistic territories. Inspired by chromotherapy and pataphysics, this immersive work is designed as a field of visual and sensory reflection in public space.

Superbien creates a cloud of vibrating LEDs, projecting colourful luminous arabesques to open a poetic window onto physical and mental emotions.

(Creative response)

The suspended installation consists of a set of LEDs programmed to move in fluid, colourful patterns. The light sequences refer to chromotherapy, with a sensory treatment of colours. The result evokes an imaginary atmospheric phenomenon, between optical illusion and meditative calm.

Patachromo inaugurates a series of artistic experiments by Superbien, acclaimed for its visual poetry and emotional approach to light.

(Result & Impact)

Exhibited in various artistic and urban contexts, the installation appeals to a wide audience through its emotional accessibility. It lays the foundations for a unique visual language at Superbien, where light, art and philosophy intersect to offer a sensitive interpretation of space.
