Hermès has created an immersive escape game to showcase its Maison collection through an interactive, scenographic experience.

Presented at the Podium Hermès 2023, ‘The Keys to la Maison’ immerses visitors in an enigmatic puzzle based on Samarcande, within a space entirely furnished and decorated by Hermès Maison.
A modular installation that can be exported to Hermès boutiques around the world.

Superbien designed a modular version of the escape game, designed to be easily assembled, disassembled and transported. The installation was replicated in several cities around the world, including Shanghai, Dubai, Brussels and Singapore.
An internationally rolled-out activation that was widely acclaimed.
(Result & Impact)
The immersive experience was a huge success from the moment it was launched. The kit includes more than 2,700 components, including 212 3D-printed parts. The ingenuity of the format allows for gradual global distribution.
