Disney and Lucasfilm are teaming up with Superbien for a unique projection on the Empire State Building to celebrate Star Wars Day 2024.

To mark May 4th, the global day dedicated to Star Wars, Superbien is designing a spectacular light show to celebrate the cult universe. The project will transform the façade of the Empire State Building in New York with an animated fresco featuring iconic characters from the saga.
Superbien has designed an epic 3D mapping show that blends storytelling and Star Wars aesthetics for a unique moment in the New York sky.

The projection combines striking visual effects, dynamic transitions and iconic sequences to recreate the full narrative power of Star Wars. The faces of Darth Vader, Yoda, Luke Skywalker and Rey appear in light, accompanied by a striking soundtrack.
